(Anne) DARCY died on 24 March 1389/90. She married James
Butler, 2nd Earl of Ormonde, who was born on 4 October 1331 and died in
1382. Elizabeth was the daughter of (Ancestral
line of John Talbot, lOth Earl of Shrewsbury, Hugh Bigod, Roger Bigod,
William de Lanvallei) SIR
JOHN DARCY (see also below) le Cosyn, of Knaith, Kexby and Upton,
Co. Lincoln, Lord Darcy, Constable of Norham Castle, Nottingham Castle
and Tower of London, Sheriff of Notts, Derby and York, Knight of the
Shires, Banneret, Justiciar of Ireland, Steward of the King's Household,
Chamberlain to the King, died on 30 May 1347. He married, second, on 3
July 1329, as her second husband, Lady Joan de Burgh, who died on 23
April 1359. Sir John was the son of (Ancestral line of John Talbot, 10th Earl of Shrewsbury) SIR
ROGER d'ARCY (Darcy) of Oldcotes and Styrrup, Notts, died before May
1284. He married SIR
PHILIP d'ARCY of Norton, Coningsby, Dunston, Stallingborough and
Cawkell, Co. Lincoln, died in May 1264. He married Isabel Bertram. Sir
Philip was the son of NORMAN
d'ARCY married Agnes. Norman was the son of THOMAS
d' ARECI was born about 1168 and died in 1206. He married Joan.
Thomas was the son of THOMAS
d'ARECI died on 2 July 1180. He married Aline who died in 1183.

d' ARECI was living in 1130. He was the son of NORMAN
d'ARECI, Domesday Lord of Norton, Coningsby, Dunston,

de ARCIE of "Castle de Arcie" in France. Note:
This family derived their origin from Emperor Charlemagne, and were of
great eminence in France. David de Arcie assumed the surname from the
"Castle de Arcie,.' his chief seat, situated within 30 miles of
Paris, and was the ancestor of De Arcie, modernized d' Arcy. Ref:
